Understanding the future
through legal theory
The world is made up of systems and the systems that shape our societies, our communities and how we interact with each other are all legal systems.
Some of these systems are seen as fair systems and others as corrupt or even oppressive. Still, when all is said and done, legal systems regulate the way humans interact both in peace and to some extent in war.
Meta.Observer explores the intersection of legal systems and futurism by asking questions such as:
What types of societies are we building for ourselves, online and offline?
Can legislation regarding AI impact the way super-intelligence is developed?
How can a new civilization on Mars be developed from scratch while drawing on all previous human experience?
